Cancellation
Any confirmed booking may be cancelled by email two business days (48 hours) before the due date at the latest. We will refund your payments on any account less any credit card processing fees (normally 15% of the booking value) and less a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking value and less any charges for cancellation of firm arrangements (i.e. flight tickets, limousine service, accommodation, etc...). No refund will be made for bookings cancelled within 48 hours.
